1. Q: Are you a factory or a company?
:We are a factory who had 15 years experience on hair products. Our factoty own 320000 squire meter and more than 600 workers.

2. Q: Where your factory located, how can I get there?
Our factory located in Guangzhou Baiyun Area, lf you come china , we can pick you up from airport and hotel for free to visit the factory anytime.

3. Q: What's the capacity of order of your factory? How many production line you have ?
:For hair wax (pomade) we have 4 lines , one day can product 50000pcs(150ml), for shampoo we have 5 production lines, one day can produce20000pcs.

4. Q: Do you do OEM and ODM orders?
:Yes, we have rich experience on OEM and ODM orders, we have a 12 member research team and 3 member design team who can make your order by most professional way. Also we got the most advanced quality control system, to satisfy all your request.

5.Q: How can I take sample?
:lf ready stock sample we will offer for free, but if customized sample we will charge small cost, please kindly pay for the shipping .

6. Q: How long is the delivery time?
Normally the delivery time is within one week, for OEM orders depends on the design and quantity, we will finish for u by the fastest way. Also we have special urgent order offer for VIP customers.
