Order & Return

We do our best to ensure that all orders are carefully inspected for damage and defects by our staff before leaving the warehouse.

Returns are only available for uucosmetics. (Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable)

If the item is defective or faulty, please contact Customer Service via email everythingblack@gzcantik.com within 7 business days of delivery and provide the nature of the defect.

PLEASE NOTE: Items in good condition cannot be exchanged.

We did our best to represent the samples as closely as possible, but actual shading may vary from person to person. This is due to monitor resolution and color settings etc.

If you think you have received an incorrect color or item, you can only return the item for store credit

To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a 7-day return guarantee program to all US customers. All items must be returned in their original condition; unused and undamaged. We cannot accept items that have been worn or altered. Customers must send an email to our online service account everythingblack@gzcantik.com within 7 days of the package being officially delivered to the recipient address.

Any claims made after 7 business days will not be accepted.

Please provide:
- order number
- contact information
- A list of items you are not satisfied with (including descriptions of damages or defects).
- A picture of the item must also be provided.

After reviewing the information provided, our customer service department will contact you (usually within 3 business days).

Once your claim is approved, you must return the item within 7 days. We will refund you after we receive the package.

We do not provide any return labels.

Since we usually offer lower shipping rates than the post office itself, actual shipping charges may be higher than originally charged. It is the customer's responsibility to provide tracking information for returned packages. (If the item is lost in the carrier's process, we will not go through the refund process until the item is received).
